Model Based Systems Engineer Team Leader

Start: circa 01 July 2025
Duration: 12 months – with 2 x 12 month extension options
Location: Symonston, ACT (ACT only)

Basic Requirements:

• AGSVA Security clearance.
• Ability to undertake planning and conduct of Model Based Systems Engineering within the CATIA modelling tool.
• Software Engineering/Computer Science degree or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• Experience writing engineering documentation and reports.
• Ability to communicate using System Modelling Language to express engineering concepts and designs to military customers and non-software vendor representatives.
• Proficiency using CATIA modelling tool.
• Experience undertaking systems and or network modelling.
• Experience in using NATO Architecture Framework.
• Experience in Defence engineering processes or with defence systems.
