Service Delivery Manager

Start: circa 1 July 2024
Duration: 12 months – with 3 x 12 month extension options
Location: Canberra, ACT

Basic Requirements:

• AGSVA Security clearance
• Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with a strong ITIL and Agile background to support the maturation of a service delivery organisation
• Demonstrated experience in leading in an Agile environment and working with Agile support systems eg ServiceNow, Atlassian
• Qualification in Agile methodology
• Experience identifying and documenting IT service management requirements
• Experience designing and developing of policy, processes and procedures
• Experience assisting in the implementation and improvement of processes
