Essentials Criteria:
- AGSVA Security clearance.
- Experience working with Defence budgets or finances.
- Experience in procurement and contract administration, including the creation and management of Purchase Orders and Outline Agreements.
- Experience processing and validating invoices and supporting financial compliance requirements.
- Experience in budget planning, forecasting, monitoring, and financial reporting.
- Experience using ERP or financial management systems.
- Ability to analyse financial information, identify budget variances, and provide reporting support.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience supporting governance, audit, assurance, or compliance activities.
- Qualifications and/or experience relevant to the provision of financial administration and financial management support services.

- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Demonstrated experience working with CASG with experience and ability to project manage, plan and deliver acquisition activities, deliverables and artefacts in the Defence Capability Life Cycle environment.
