Many who started out working in regular roles, are now the hiring managers we deal with. Despite the continually shifting Defence environment, we have created relationships with MSPs, gateway agencies, as well as direct with Defence.

Candidate/Consultant Referrals

Do you know someone who might be suitable for one of our listed jobs? HTR Group offers a $500 gift card for an introduction that leads to a successful placement.

Please be aware of the referral conditions below, and if you are eligible, email us at [email protected] and a team member will get back to you.

  1. Placements must be made within six (6) months of the referral;
  2. The Gift Card payment will only be made once the referred consultant/contractor has been placed by HTR Group in the position for (3) months;
  3. Payroll Services contractors are excluded; and
  4. Referral Gift Cards will be mailed or emailed to you and are payable as follows:
    1. For Contract placements;
      1. 6 to 11 month contracts – $250
      2. 12 months or more – $500
    2. For Permanent placements – $500
  5. Referral Gift Cards are one-off payments paid for the initial contract period or permanent placement only.
  6. HTR Group cannot accept referrals for any colleagues working within HTR Group client sites unless:
    1. Re Contractors, they are nearing the end of their contract and are keen to pursue other options;
    2. Re Permanent Employees, they have already resigned their position, or are already actively contemplating leaving the organisation;
  7. It is the responsibility of the individual making the referral to ensure that they are not in breach of their employment terms and conditions or professional code of conduct by claiming and accepting a referral fee for the introduction of a consultant /contractor to HTR Group.
