AIDN NSW was set up in 1994 to facilitate communications and business opportunities with Defence for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) that operate in New South Wales. It was recognised by the Federal Government, in their Defence and Industry Strategic Policy Statement 1998, as the premier organisation representing SMEs doing business with Defence.
