Codification & Catalogue Specialist

Start: circa 15 August 2026
Duration: 10 months – with possible extension options
Location: Sydney, Perth, Cairns, Darwin or an alternate RAN Base.

Basic Requirements:

• AGSVA Security clearance.
• Defence experience.
• Experience working within Defence logistics, sustainment, ILS, or logistics engineering environments.
• Experience using Defence ERP systems, including MILIS and/or APLCrates.
• Experience with configuration management, asset management, inventory management, or sustainment planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable Experience:

• Maritime Defence project or sustainment experience.
• Knowledge of Defence materiel management processes.
• Experience preparing logistics support documentation and reports.
• Engineering change management and configuration control experience.
• Familiarity with Defence support system and maintenance frameworks.
